Fanatyk Co was started in 1996 by Scott Humby and Kevan Kobayashi
along with the help of Bruce Pegram. The goal of the shop was to
provide the types of products and level of technical service that was
lacking in the ski and bike industry. With most shops focusing on the
big box retail philosphy Fanatyk Co. was to be different.
Fanatyk Co voted best Bike shop in Whistler! After
many years of dedicated work, Fanatyk Co finally wins the top prize.
The competition was tight, but the number one spot can only be given to

biking was popular but the equipment that was available at the time
limited the type of riding that was possible. Fanatyk Co has been at
the forefront of providing riders with the best technology to allow the
sport to reach todays levels. As the bikes have evolved so has the
terrain that is ridable.
