Interview with Fionn Griffiths World Cup DH & 4X Racer taking time out of her busy schedule after her 4th place finish at the Lisbon Downtown event.

  1.       How do you feel about your performance at the Lisbon Downtown? "I was fairly happy with my performance. I was having a really good race run and I had been riding well all weekend so it was unfortunate that my front end slid out in my race run. Just trying to keep the bike upright in Lisbon is a challenge in itself. The street are all marble and cobblestone so it is super slippy on every turn and every stair set. I wouldn't have ridden any differently. You can't afford to ease up anywhere on that track or else you lose too much time. They put more jumps in this year, which for me is great! I hit them all first run before any of the other girls had a chance to psyche me out :)"

2.       How do you prepare for a race? "I have been playing with a few new pre race ideas including pre race meditation, full scale warm ups on a wind trainer and sprint drills. In Vigo none of this was working for me though. It just seemed to leave me too much opportunity to think about things and get nervous before the race. So after a nervous qualifying run which resulted in 2 crashes, I decided to try some new stuff and turn up last minute to the start gate. It seemed to work well for me there. So I am still working on this stuff!"

3.       What's your training schedule? "That is top secret! I have hired a new trainer - Elke Brutsaert - and she has a whole pile of exercises to keep me entertained in the off season! Mainly loads of explosive plyometric drills and plenty of time on the road/street bikes. We have been focussing on core a fair bit as well.

 4.       What kind of bike do you ride? "I race a Norco Team DH and a Norco 4XXXX. If you haven't tried them out, you should! They are pretty cool. I worked closely with Norco the last couple of years to get the two bikes to where they are at and I love every second I spend riding them!"

 5.       Who are your sponsors? "Norco Performance Bikes, Kenda Tires, Zeal Optics, Shimano, Fly Racing (Kit), Foes/Curnutt Suspension, THE Helmets, MRP, Hope Brakes/Hubs, DT Swiss rims, Rich Art Concepts (Custom Helmet Design)."

6.       How many countries has your pro riding career brought you to? "Ummm...I have not been keeping count! That is a really good question. This year alone I will visit about 15 different countries! I have been to some pretty cool ones racing though - Brazil, Japan, Canada, New Zealand, Australia."

7.       What was the first race you ever won? "I actually won the 1st race I ever entered. It was a Midland Super Series at Hawkston Park in Shropshire,UK. Winning that was what really pushed me to keep racing."

8.       How old were you when you first started riding? Racing? "I always kind of kicked around on my bike and rode a bit, but I didn't start racing or anything until I was about 16. "

9.       Do you have BMX riding/racing in your background? "No BMX. Straight into the MTB for me. I do own a BMX now though and enjoy riding it when I get the opportunity."

10.   What's your worst injury? "I have had a few, but breaking my ankle 7 times in a year and a half was the one that hindered my race career the most. I'm glad to have that behind me."

11.   Your words of wisdom to other women and girls getting into the sport? "Don't be put off by anyone who is negative towards you out riding. Just keep doing what you are doing at your own pace. You are just as capable of reaching your own personal goals as anyone else. You will know when YOU are ready to go faster and step up to the next level."

12.   What setbacks have you experienced? "Just the obvious ones that many of the people, especially female riders, encounter: financial setbacks, sponsorship setbacks and of course, injuries."

13.   How has riding evolved for girls since you've been on the scene? How do you see it evolving into the future? "When I first started there were really only one of two chicks that could race on a high level. A few girls occassionally had good results, but in comparision to racing now, it was not nearly as competitive. I would say that now at a World Cup event any of the top 10 ladies has a good chance of winning. We are pushing one another to be faster and we are doing just that! It used to be that I could crash, get up and still finish in the top 10 but a crash now puts any girl out of the top 10!"

14.  Will you be competing in Canada this year? Crankworx? "Not sure yet about Crankworx. It conflicts with European Championships. We'll see. I will be racing the Mont Ste Anne World Cup though which is the place I won my first ever World Cup."

20,000 euros are at stake at the Lisboa Downtown event known for bringing together the world's best downhillers in Portugal.

Steve Peat has conquered this event for the last 5 years and we'll soon find out if he can keep his title against bikers like Cedric Gracia, Sam Hill and Brian Lopes.

Inácio Silva, the logistics manager and speaker of the event, says that “this year Downhill edition will be even more exciting and with even more competition. It will gather the best riders within the best and everything will be ready to host an excellent urban event.”

The trail will be the same as last year’s, starting in Castelo de São Jorge and finalising in Largo do Terreiro do Trigo. There will be new obstacles that won’t make the ride easy and an excellent show is guaranteed.

The trial is made up of two categories: males and females, with 40 and 15 riders respectively. The action starts will be hitting the road from 2 p.m. onwards. The semi-final will choose the 20 best men, plus 5 wildcard, and the 8 best women, plus 2 wildcard. However, only the fastest in each category will be awarded the victory.

The total prize money will be 20 thousand euros and the first place will be rewarded with a KIA Picanto car.

INAUGURAL "ARBY’S® ACTION SPORTS AWARDS" TO PREMIERE ON FOX, SUNDAY, DECEMBER 10

X Games Champion Travis Pastrana Nominated Four Times;
Olympic Gold Medalist Shaun White Up For Three Awards;
Olympians Hannah Teter, Gretchen Bleiler and Lindsey Jacobellis Compete for Female Snowboarder of the Year

Fans to Begin Voting Online Now at
www.fuel.tv

The top action sports performances of the year will be honored at the inaugural Arby’s® Action Sports Awards presented by FUEL TV, airing nationally on FOX, Sunday, December 10. The ceremony will bring together the biggest names in skateboarding, snowboarding, surfing, BMX, freestyle motocross and more along with dozens of celebrities from across the entertainment spectrum for one star-studded, high-flying show!

FMX star Travis Pastrana received four nominations following his double backflip performance at this summer’s X Games. Jamie Bestwick, one of the top BMX vert riders in the world, also received four nominations. Shaun White is up for three awards coming off his Olympic Gold Medal and Winter X Games Gold Medal snowboard runs. Lindsey Jacobellis contends for Female Snowboarder of the Year with fellow Olympians Hannah Teter and Gretchen Bleiler. The competition continues out of the water for surfers Andy and Bruce Irons, Kelly Slater, Rob Machado, Sofia Mulanovich, Rochelle Ballard and Chelsea Georgeson, among other top pros.

“Being nominated for one award would be special, but four awards is truly unbelievable,” said Pastrana. “I’ve had just an amazing year and to be recognized by the industry is an honor.”

Winners will be determined by the combination of fan balloting and a panel of expert judges, then announced during taped ceremonies on November 30. FOX will air the show nationally on December 10, at 2:30 PM ET/PT or 4:30 PM ET/PT either preceding or following local NFL coverage that afternoon (check local listings). FUEL TV, the only 24/7 network dedicated to the lifestyle of action sports, is hosting online voting now for fans and viewers at www.fuel.tv.

"FOX Sports is happy to be working in conjunction with our brethren at FUEL to bring the Arby's Action Sports Awards to the entire country," said FOX Sports President Ed Goren. "Action sports are growing in popularity every year, and this show highlights the best of the best."

The Arby’s Action Sports Awards is produced by Future Mainstream Productions and the award-winning team of Bob Bain and Mike Burg, veterans of such events as the "Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice Awards" and the "Teen Choice Awards." FUEL TV is supporting the event with its signature red carpet series "Blue Carpet Special," a special preview show premiering November 6, and will re-telecast the Arby’s Action Sports Awards throughout December.

"The growth and popularity of action sports is at an all-time high and it is time to honor such amazing feats as Shaun White’s Olympic Gold Medal and Travis Pastrana’s double backflip at the X Games," said Bain. "Not only do children aspire to be the next Pastrana or White, but the music and entertainment industries have a true affinity for these sports, so we look forward to putting together a memorable event for viewers."

Arby’s has signed on to be the presenting sponsor and other major sponsors include Jeep®, Activision and Nike. "Through this event, we’ve been able to create an unprecedented integrated marketing platform to reach the highly sought-after male 14-34 demo in the fourth quarter," said Burg. "For a creative and aggressive marketer, the opportunities to work with the show are endless"

"This was a fantastic opportunity for us to partner with a brand new awards program that recognizes young athletes for extraordinary talents," said Debra Mager, Senior Vice President of National Advertising, Arby’s Restaurant Group, Inc. "These kids take risks and excel at being different, which is something we at Arby’s have always prided ourselves on."

A panel of industry experts nominated the top athletes in 20 different categories. Many of the awards are sport and gender specific such as Skateboarder of the Year (male and female) and FMX Rider of the Year. Achievements that transcend the genre have been nominated in categories such as Rider of the Year, Huevos Grande and Performance of the Year.

My Blog: About Me.
By: tutt

I'm Alexander. Hmm. I've really got nothing right now. I'm into indie music. Everything I used to do I don't do anymore (think racing and wakeboarding). Life changes fast I guess. I know this now. Just moved back in with my mother. It's okay I guess. Also pretty single as of late or something like that. I'm really not this boaring. Just drawing blanks is all. Well anyways, I really do like to talk to everyone, and I'm not just saying it. Really, just try. But yea. Oh, I used to ahve a great job, not anymore. Like I said, things change. I really do love cars and bikes. It's a passion. I build them and it's more of an art for me. I find I can express my creativity with them. Like a metal canvas. Designing custom cars and bikes is what I want to do with my life. I guess I've really slowed down in life. Not as far as success but as far as the tempo. I have learned that if I do slow down and take it all in that it is so much more enjoyable. When I get high is when I usually have my best experiances for some reason. So, I get high a lot. Sorry if that deters you from me. Really, sorry. That's not all of who I am just something I really enjoy doing. I love people; I think everyone has something special to offer. Good or bad. Right now I'm listening to Goodbye Sky Harbor by Jimmy Eat World over and over again and it amazes me every time. I am a really fun and relaxed person. People say I'm soft spoken these days. Just a sign of how much I have chilled out because I used to be some sort of animal. Been through some things in my life, great and horrible, all have made me who I am today. I love who I am, but anymore I can't find the kind of people I want to surround myself with. Well I have a few friends that I would die for. I'm not as close with my older brother as I would like to be and my little brother may be the coolest person in the world. Maybe. Right now I am rambling about some random shi*t, but oh well. At least you are getting to hear something about me. I like to dance. Lots of ways. Just to express. Usually how drunk I am. Oh well. Fun all the same. I guess I am easily satisfied. Want to know how? Ask. I guess I'll tell you. Why not. Life is crazy. Really. I never know what is going to happen when I wake up. I guess that's why sometimes I lie in bed forever and never get up. Well not for a while. I find it hard to motivate myself when I take a look at the world that I live in. That we all live in. Too many people that are way too selfish. That's what it comes down to. Snowboarding is one of those things that allows my extemely competative personality shine. I really haven't done it as much as I should have. Slacker. I'm decent though. It also brings me to this amazing peace that few things can bring me to. Hmm. I am discovering that many people don't know how to tell the truth. Mostly to themselves. And me. It really is a shame. They could be so much more. I am by no means saying I am better. I am most definately not. Just differant. I like it like that. People call me Alex but I wished they called me Alexander. That is my real name. Unique I suppose because everyone seems to be just Alex. I love my real name. My mom gave it to me. That means a lot. Alexander. It just sounds better. A closer representation to who I am. What else? Oh. I love having adventures with those that mean everything to me. Think driving around with $2 in your pocket and a sack of green. If you let your imagination out, it will bring you to far places. I promise. I refuse to let myself fall for females. Too many heartbreaks. I am not bitter. Just learned my lesson. Speaking of girls. I once met an ex girlfriend on here. Odd as that may seem. It was good though. I like to get in my car and drive. Anywhere. Nowhere. I live ina place that so many people hate but I love with everything there is to me. It is home. Beautiful sunsets in the summer. Don't belive me? Try it. I grew up in a big old house that I love. My mom wants to move out west and sell this house. I wish I could buy it and keep it forever. So many memories. Plus, it's badass if you asked me. I come from a very odd family. Odd in the sense of not the reular run-of-the-mill type. Curious? Ask. I'll tell. I am a good driver. In many aspects. Never been in an accident and I also have a few insights of a few differant types of racing. Well, a lot of that insight. Its not easy but it puts my mind in a place that few people can know. It's like a numb extacy. If that makes any sense. Kinda like the worst tunnel vision you may have ever had, you really cannot feel anything except the car and the road/track, and at the same time an overwhelming feeling of pure love is all I feel. There are a couple things in life like that. Open your mind and you may find them. No. You will find them. It takes time. I am always looking for something new to open my heart and mind. It's fun. What life is all about. I'm usually big on grammar for some reason, not reflected by the continuous fragmented sentances on here. And my bad spelling. An odd fact though. I'm not really the schoolish kind of person. I love learning. I just think the schools are seriously flawed. I have been told by so many that I am extremely smart. I think so. Problem is, few things motivate me to use it. And most of those things people tell me I can never do. f*ck them. Right? Let me do my thing. I probably should apply myself more, though. Maybe I will. Who knows. Not me. Nothing is sure. So true. Well I have rambled a lot here. If you have made it this far then I am almost sure you are somewhat interested in me. If thats the case, comment me. Send me a message. I like those kinds of things. I'll get back to you. Who knows, I may just be your next best friends, the person you marry, or the person you murder. Never know until you find out.

My Journal: ahhhh the heat!
By: tooscoops

so as with most of north america, here in ontario, we are having a bit of a heat wave... so i thought i'd share some tips that i have started to use....

1) for those of you in the states... purchase a celcius thermometer... rarely is that thing going to go over 35 degrees...

2) heat rises... so find a hole and crawl into it... or fall into a well.  just be sure that you can escape said well, because i'm not fishing your ass out.

3) if at all possible, cause the sun to collapse upon itself and form a black hole.  sure this may not be a great long term plan, but what the hell... i'm hot damn it.

4) if you absolutely must have sex... be sure to make the bitch do all the work.

5) close the shades on the sunny side of your house during the day.  well, that one is more just for the old folks home accross the way.. and not really for heat.. i'm just sick of seeing your old wrinkly asses.

6) avoid alcoholic beverages... expecially if you are at my house you cheep f*ck.. bring your own.  i'msick of your mooching.

7) if you have to go out in the sun, avoid wearing clothes (this one only applies to certain members of the population... such as the girl who lives in 301 in my building and other similarly built female specimins.)

8) if and when you pass out during your walk home from the bar, be sure to fall asleep either under a park bench, or plan on getting up before the sun rises.

9) when leaving a child or animal in the car while parked... be sure to check in on it every 30 minutes or so to baste and/or rotate to ensure its evenly cooked.

10) when chatting up people at the bar, its best to let certain things slide into the conversation such as, "so whereabouts is your cottage?", "god i'd love to be alone with you in a bedroom with some airconditioning", and "its not contageous right?". (the last one is not really for heat...)

so i hope that helps some of you... oh, as a note.. if anyone is swinging by my place to visit... better give me some warning because i'll be buck nekkid in front of a fan...

Hobbies - Fish
As for other stuff--- One of my recent hobbies is tropical fish. For the last three years I've had a very pretty betta kinda like the one:
betta[1].jpg (this isn't my actual betta, just a pic of one off the internet that looks similar to him. Mine acutally changes color in the light -- when he's fiesty, he turns a puplish color on the body and end of his fins get reddish, when passively swimming and most of the time, he's blue. When he's napping he turns mostly green. At age 3½ my betta is still going strong. About a month ago I went to WalMart and picked up a 10 gallon aquarium set up and have just had him in it. I've been meaning to add "friends" and did that today. Today, I got three corydoras, each look like these pics:
cory3.jpg
So far, the most active little one is my albino cory.
The next favorite:
cory1.jpgIt's not the prettiest but he's also active and swimming around. The albino and patch corys are about 1.5 cm in length from head to tail(that's just a touch over half an inch).  If they ever "outgrow" my tank I'll take them when they're all nice and big to the local fish store and with store credit, exchange them and get smaller ones again 2-3 years down the road.

The third fish I got is a spotted cory. He looks like:
cory2.jpgSo far, he's the most boring inactive fish. All three came from a different tank at the store, so who knows if he was already ill. He may just be scared though too. He's bigger than the other two at 4.7 cm (nearly 2 inches) from tip to tail.
My betta is the biggest with his body alone(not including his long flowing fins) measuring in at approx. 6.2 cm(about 2.5 inches).
Fish UPDATE: Okay, I disovered something interesting since getting my new cory today. The spotted one in the pic like above is pregnant with a fat belly. After doing some online research, I now understand why the fish have been acting a bit unusual. An interesting tidbit on how corys mate that I found on the net: During breeding, the males will exhibit a mating dance, touching the female's dorsal. If the female is receptive, the male will vibrate the body to initate spawning.... The female then sucks the sperm out into her mouth from the male's genital pore. At this point the female ejects a batch of eggs which is uniquely held between her veentral fins. And after finding a suitable site, she then spits out the sperm onto the site and attaches the eggs, at which time fertilisation occurs.

After my vacation in the next week or so I plan to add a couple of more fish.. probably 6-8 neons, or maybe 3-4 platties which are kinds of fish that will get along with my betta. Someday I'll even get pics of my actual tank and fish; my OLD digital camera isn't working, my web cam isn't working, so it may be awhile. The scanner works but I can't exactly lay the fishtank on that ;)

WHAT THE?!?
So while doing an internet search to check the correct spelling of a medication, I see this google ad to the side:
Tarceva

Low Price Guarantee & Easy Returns!

YEAH RIGHT!! Everyone has 2 grand to buy pills with . It's a cancer drug, but still...  yikes!

Summer Vacation Plans:
My last vaction:
I have not taken a vacation in 3+ years now. Last time I took a vacation was to meet some internet buddies in Wichita, KS, then we drove up to Kansas City, Missouri and went to World of Fun, an amusement park there and had a blast! Three strangers from three different ends of the continent enjoying a trip together. We had talked online, the phone, all of us females and known each other well except short of meeting in person before hand. With so many freaks on the net, randomly planning flights, etc. is not somerthing I would normally recommend. It was one of those sitational things. Here's one of the pics of the three us going on the "sky coaster". It rocked!!!

I'm the one in the blue harness on the right. (someday if I get around to it, I'll make a gallery of the trip)

2006 Plans - Wakeboard camp!!!
Going anywhere fun to me, ranging from Disney World (on my list of things to do someday), Kiteboard camp, etc., all represent a significant amount of saving money. I've been working hard and putting some money away, a lot of it for a new car which I'll need soon (my '89 Ford with 200,000 miles will eventially tire out on me, though I plan to drive it "til the wheels fall off"). I enjoy traveling to new places, meeting new people, and do different new thingrs. This year, sure I could have saved up and gone to a snowboard camp at Timberline in Oregon, but heck, as much as I love riding, I do that all winter. Time to hone up and develop the wakeboarder in me. So, I've done a lot of searching online, and for under $1500 (camp, airfare, etc) I'll be doing wakeboard camp for a week -- more details as to which one, when, etc AFTER my application and fees are sent... I don't want anyone to take up my session spots ;)

Arm update:
In a previous blog post here I had written about breaking my arm. From what I wrote (based on what I was told before seeing the x-rays, etc) I had said the ulna was broken. Turns out the initial report came from a radiologist who literally is incompetant and it took him more than 3 times to even pass his radiology medical boards (Amazing what a person learns when they work in the medical community). Anyways, it was a fracture of the larger bone in the forearm. The medical terms for it are Colles', transverse, and torus fracture.. all the same thing, just different words for each. I'm thrilled to have the cast(s) off. Started with a white one that didn't even last two days, but mostly my fault. The way it was casted, the part near the fingers interferred with typing (which is my primary bill paying occupation). I was able to adjust to keep the wrist immobilized, but NOT part of my fingers. The hacking and cutting I did on that one really messed it up - my doc saw me on the ski hill two days after she put it on and jokingly said "I'm going to kill you!!" when she saw the shape of the cast. The next day, I got a new one put on - blue and green. That lasted for about 2-2½ weeks before it just wasn't fitting quite right (more swelling going down, minor muscle loss) and was feeling just dirty and icky. The x-rays I have scattered in my profile were taken on 4/11/06, about 3 weeks or so after initial injury. It has only been less than a week since I had my final, purple cast removed. I have SOME limited range of motion. My fingers are very strong, my forearm muscles haven't lost much, but I have some deformity and there is concern about ligamentous tearing. IF my symptoms are not improving after regular physical therapy and TLC over the next two weeks, then we'll be having my insurance buy me an MRI, which knowing my luck, may lead to surgery. Since the distal head of my radius (big bone in forearm) is a matter of millilmeters shorter from impacting, my wrist isn't quite turning correctly, etc. One of a couple possible surgical possibilities would be an ulnar osteotomy (where with the smaller forearm bone, they saw off and remove 1 or 2 mm of bone, then plate it together so I can sport some internal body jewelry like many other riders to correct the alignment for best function, or MRI will tell what kind of ligamentious repair (such as if it is a TFCC and/or DRUJ injury -- if you found my blog while reading info about wrist injuries, just google those two terms to learn more).

I hate cold, yet love riding.. how ironic!
The "cool" thing about riding and skiing is that I'm using energy and become warm. I'm dressed warm while out on the slopes and playing in the snow, so I'm very content. The other things I enjoy are water sports, specifically jetskiing and wakeboarding. Although I need to upgrade my piece of crap wakeboard (bindings are good, but need a better board for progression - so if anyone is interested in my  old CWB that I can't remember the name of off hand, drop me a line and I'll be willing to give a very steal of a deal/negotiate a fair price. Anyways, the local water here in Idaho is best described by one word - COLD. I love the water and evening swimming, but except for august and september when I don nothing less than my sping 2mm wetsuit, it's just too cold for me. I found a solution. After much searching online, found a pretty decent dry suit, brand "Bare Ultra Dry". Not the most steezy, flashy or colorful, but will work for wakeboarding and just screwing around in the water anyways, and not get myself frrozen half to death doing it. If I manage to make it to kiteboarding lessons at the Gorge this summer, then I wil certainly have the most important thing to bring - something to keep me from freezing to death. I've been looking online for the last two months trying to find a drysuit that would fit my short stature and accomodate from my muscle-bound thighs and larger than I would like female hips. Found this one at a site called http://gotriver.com.  If I have enough on my next check, I'll be picking up a balance board... a good indoor training tool for all my chosen board sports

Funny Stuff:
For anyone who reads this, and to entice others to read about more than my general whining, I should start posting up some jokes, pics and other amusing things. I'm always smiling and consider myself to have a sense of humor.. sometimes dry humor, some sick, some mixed in between... but that is what makes me, ME.  I was grinning the first time I found this little cartoon

this is a little message for the guys out there...

take those hawaiian leis off your damn rearview mirrors.

those became trendy a while back and i didn't mind at all.  because it was only cute girls that seemed to have them.  it was great.  it saved me a load of time because i knew i only had to check out girls who had a lei or a roxy sticker on their car.  now, when i'm about to pass, i'll see the sticker or lei so ill get a smile ready and glance over..... to see some bearded guy giving me the evil eye.  just not right.  its like false advertising.

and don't give me this crap that your girlfriend put it on the car... bullshi*t.  a girl will not put something on your car if you say no.  and if you are whipped that badly, you might as well fly a kotex off your antenna, or maybe get 'qtpie' as your license plate.  be a man and grow some balls.  put a garter belt or one of those nudie scent things on the mirror or a gun rack in the back... it will make you seem more masculine, plus it will save me the embarassment of checking out some guy.

next week... why guys shouldn't buy volkwagon cabrios...

actually... same thing as above, so f*ck you if you think i'll write it again!

My Journal: religion...
By: tooscoops

so this morning i heard that issac hayes has quit his job as the voice of 'chef' on south park... his reasoning?  he couldn't work somewhere where they disrespected religion so much.

now... he had no problem signing on with this show (who's pilot episode was santa fighting jesus over who gets christmas) but once they start making fun of scientology, he's bailing faster than john goodman in a leaky rowboat.  what is with these scientology people?  seriously guys.. its a cult.. i think if you involved jedi's, bigfoot and the female orgasm it would somehow seem more believable.  ok.. maybe not the legend of a female orgasm.. but you get the point.

why do these famous people love scientology so much?  sitting around waiting for jor-el or whatever... ok, maybe that was superman... but look what happened to him... fell off a horse...

why can't we all just get along and believe whatever we want and let other people make fun of whatever they want... so what i'll be going to your hell.  sounds to me like thats where all the cool people are going... plus, i don't like flying, so i don't want to get into any space ships with tom and katie... maybe my heaven is closer to your hell than you think

My Journal: i am weak...
By: tooscoops

why is it that you good looking ladies control me?

i just had two women in my dealership trying to sell me something i didn't want.  (obviously it wasn't sex.. because i wanted that).  being that i am a weak male and these were two very attractive females....  i now have some kind of product for my used cars that makes them smell pretty.

i have no idea what i paid.  all i know is that i would have paid more if it meant they would come back to see me.

do women truely understand the power they have?  they must... i bet these two girls have a male boss... because there was no reason to have two girls here... one could have sold me on a new cute puppy killing device... a second girl was just unnecessary.  they must have just simply asked the boss while bent over the desk, or playing with his tie.  and by tie i mean penis.

it seems to me that an attractive female can survive in this world and get whatever it is she would like, as long as she is willing to let herself be seen as a piece of meat.  personally, i would be more than happy to do that if it worked for guys too.  now i only have to work on the attractive part...

anyone looking for a pool boy?

Up until yesterday, I've been totally spooked about going on rails. I never had any major accident or personal bad experience with them, but I have seen pics and witnessed plenty of carnage resulting from others trying them. Yesterday, I had what I needed to- someone to encourage and coax me to do it, and witness if I biffed - I mean hey, if you do get screwed and break something, always more fun to have a witness to share the horror stories with, and if you do it right, same thing.  I bailed out of the idea of doing a kinked rail, but then fell in love with my "new toy" - a C-rail. I always thought a c-rail would be a bit tough, but I personally thought it was the  best time I had ever had. Would do it, hike back up and go at it again several times. I think the park rat inside me is starting to emerge this year.
I'm very flexible (that is probably well evidenced by the pic of me in the cow costume for halloween 2004 in my image gallaery I need to update)

Combined flexibility with the already riding ability, now all I need to do is really gather the "balls" to go for it! (okay, okay, so I'm female I don't have those). Hopefully soon I get some pics of my new favorite hobby on the slopes, the c-rail

soo... as many of you know.... i have an odd ex-girlfriend.

she called me the other day to discuss "us"... personally, i thought "us" became over once we break up, but thats beside the point.

she decided she wanted to see if she could get me back somehow(not sure why, seeing as i'm a big asshole). so.... her idea was inviting a female friend of hers to "join in" some night.... she thought that having a threesome would somehow get me back....

all it did was piss me off since i HAD to say no!! thats right.... i turned down a threesome!!!! god i'm f*cked... unfortunately not literally. anywho... just thought i'd write that down... i found it quite funny.
