Hello All,

I am  new to this site but been on snowboard.com for a while.  I just pulled my Gary Fisher Sugar 2 out of storage and for the life of me i can not remember how to adjust me manitou mars and my Fox Float air.  I have them tuned for when i was about 140lb and well i am about 180lbs now.... thats why i am starting to ride again.

If someone could help with some basics that would help greatly....

Thanks

Steve

best thing to do is to go to the fox, and manitou websites and download the instruction manuals for the forks and shock,  how long has the bike been in storage? if it's been a while then store the bike upside down for a while to get the fork oil back in the upper seals etc.
