Great winter to not be skiing ! so far so good hey dudes,  Ya  rub it in a little more  at least you guys are freezing  yer Gonads or yer Tee Teees up there!  No  I am not bitter!  Ya...   sweet  i will be sessioning the pool for a seriuos shred this afternoon,, Iknow yer all jealous,  me  and the little groms wearing water wings WOOOOOOT !  I may make some new friends, ya never know.   Maybe hit the yoga studio for a lulu lemon infused hot box session with all the yummie mummies,  now thats not a bad idea!  two more months then I can spin ( Bullshi*t) is what I am thinking.

1 perk later and all is well!  I can't believe they want me to wear an air cast for three friggin months! what that shi*t about? I s this a f%@ckin joke?   Ankle feels good, No throbbiong, No pain, just lots of itching!  I only needed one perk in the last 6 days so it can't be that bad, right?    Kinda bored though !

mutha f*cka   I am really trying not to take any perks,  but it is damn hard once all the good stuff wears off !   I was thinking to save the perks for a rainy day you know for fun and not for the incling of pain.  'cause it's only pain   I have been here before and I know all of you have too !  sure it sucks but at the same time it reminds you that you're alive and on the mend !  always go for the positivity,  sure I won't get my shred on this year but at the same time I Know I wll be back and riding my bike soon.  In a few months the Lycrawarrior will be seen on the streets surrounding Squamy and getting his lycra shred on and feeling the bern !  Wrd

OK    here we go again !  Surgery tommorow morning then another 4-5 months of rehab then back to search for my inner shred again.
